Norman Stucker is an Associate Consultant with Wohlers Associates, powered by ASTM International, and the founder of Courageux Consulting. He brings more than 15 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, with a strong background in aerospace and defense applications of additive manufacturing.

Prior to establishing Courageux Consulting in 2025, Norman served as Global Key Account Manager in the aerospace group at Stratasys, where he managed relationships with some of the company’s largest customers, including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Pratt & Whitney, Collins, and BAE Systems. In this role, he helped his customers achieve significant successes with additive manufacturing technologies—such as implementing new service models to increase manufacturing uptime, supporting the first 3D-printed part on the lunar surface, and advancing material characterization in collaboration with industry and academia.

Earlier in his career, Norman opened the Colorado office of PADT, a mechanical engineering services firm specializing in additive manufacturing, simulation, and consulting. His role expanded from a geographic focus to leading aerospace and government work across the southwestern U.S.

Norman began his professional journey in commercial real estate, where he contributed to major development and brokerage projects in Colorado and gained experience in stakeholder engagement and large-scale project execution. He holds a BASc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada and an MBA from the University of Denver in Colorado.
